siamguru.ai · enterprise agent platform
Every address worth remembering, and who each one is for. The platform moved to its own hostname on 4 September; the bare domain is reserved for the company website and forwards here until that exists.
The platform itself — chats, projects, files, agents and enterprise search.
Staff and partners. This is the one to bookmark. sign in admin-agent.siamguru.aiUpload documents, grant and revoke access, explain why someone can read something.
Administrators only — signing in is not authorization for it. sign in kc-agent.siamguru.ai/…/account/Your own account: change your password, link Google so your calendar syncs.
Everyone, for themselves.
The Keycloak admin console is deliberately unreachable from here.
Its sign-in is pinned to localhost, so loading it on a public
hostname gives a page that can never complete a login. Administrators reach it over an
SSH tunnel to the server; the command is in the operations notes, not on this page.
That account is separate from your platform login, has its own password, and asks for a six-digit code.
| Address | What happens |
|---|---|
| siamguru.ai | Forwards to qm.siamguru.ai. A temporary redirect on purpose, so the day the company website lands here, everyone sees it immediately instead of being sent away by their own browser cache. |
| www.siamguru.ai | No DNS record yet. Reserved for the website, alongside the bare domain. |
| kc-agent.siamguru.ai | Keycloak — sign-in for every surface above. You meet it during login rather than visiting it directly. |
| everything else | Closed. Only web traffic reaches the server; every service port is refused at the firewall. |
Check the saved password in your browser first. A password you tried to change but never successfully saved will keep being offered ahead of the working one, and the failure looks identical to the platform being broken.
A new colleague's agent will not work until they have signed in once and chosen their own password. Until then the platform can authenticate them but cannot act as them, and the error it gives says neither.
